That’s really about it. There is absolutely no growth within this company. There is no loyalty to their employees. I’ve seen people get let go for no reason. They have a silly cell phone policy. Hardly any interaction with other employees. It’s a put your head down and work type of environment. The owner of this company does not care about his staff. I worked here for years, dedicating the majority of my time to the job. My performance reviews were always great. I was rewarded by being randomly terminated. This shouldn't have surprised me because that is how this company operates and has operated since I started there. Policy changes and restructuring are constant and never end. They will do absolutely anything they can to avoid hiring enough staff. Instead, expect to be bombarded with confusing or impossible expectations. RG Brewton has a severe cult of personality issue with the owners. You are expected to worship them as being superior. Your value as a human here is nothing. Prepare to deal with constant pointless changes and people being fired at random. Get ready to be beaten down by an extreme passive aggressive culture from managment. You will be judged on metrics that you didn't even know existed. RG Brewton functions by getting people to rat eachother out. Ask yourself. Would you want to work for a company that makes fake positive reviews about themselves online? You constantly need to be looking over your shoulder. The first month I worked here, I watch a mass exodus of individuals who had been with the company for years. If you love getting let go even though your performance is great, this job is for you! Some of the employees were nice. The person that trained me was very supportive. No job security, hardly any time off. The company is always letting people go and restructuring. Management has no direction. They make you feel like you are doing a great job and then just let you go for no reason at all. Favoritism that is obvious and the company is not transparent or honest with you. If you want to get used, this job is for you! Benefits were good. BUT not PTO or vacation days. There was not enough offered there. There is absolutely no job security. This company is in constant reorganization. Owners are untrustworthy. You are expected to put your head down and work. No fun, no office interaction, no team bonding. Texting is even frowned upon. Turn over rate is very high. Many people are let go without any warning at all, even if your performance reviews are great. Not a lot of PTO.
