Days worked were flexible, training was more than adequate, managers listened and frequently asked for feedback on decisions, empowered to make decisions based on each customer situation, team-focused company. The companies biggest strength are the employees. Co-workers were diverse, unique and were always supportive in helping with questions, and issues.

There are a lot of pros working for Radionic Industries.
Great people at all levels of the company - everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together in accomplishing the mission.
The CEO and Management team are highly Motivated which brings much positive energy in the whole team. This is the definition of what a team should be.
I have never come across such company who has all the great qualities of Culture, Management, Career Advancement and Selfless people under the same roof.
They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people to work with, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Never heard about outing in Radionic, Outings are a great way to facilitate bonding with your team members, reduce employee stress, and give them the chance to get to know one another outside of the office.

Electrical engineering position with lots of opportunities

I was hired as an electrical engineer by Radionic. I immediately received the opportunities to work in many aspects of engineering. From Product / Prototype Design, to regulatory issues, to quality control engineering for both domestic and foreign production. The Director of Operations was GREAT! Thanks Joe! He gave me the time and resources to do my job properly.

As a smaller company, I had to perform multiple jobs, sometimes outside of the scope of engineering. This can be considered a pro or con depending on your personal outlook on your career and job goals.

One can learn a lot, everybody seems to be open to new ideas, the market where there are in is growing very fast, so there is a lot of work to be done. All my coworkers have been friendly and helpful.

It's kind of far from the loop if you take the CTA, but there is a bus stop less than a block away every 10 minutes. If you have a car that won't be a issue.

- You will learn a bit about how the warehouse works and how they ship their products.
- The Account Manager is very affable, helpful, patient, and courteous.
|
- During my tenure at this company, I was at times, berated, belittled, talked down, insulted and was the subject of snide comments. You won't be able to fend for yourself as there's no human resources to help you.
- The company is heavily unorganized and because of it, you will often times get blamed for things whether they are your fault, or not.
- There's a lot of meddling and micromanaging involved. You are required to do a project list that describes all your job duties and it is heavily looked at. A meeting is held every day to monitor your progress.
- Company is bias to single workers, married people are heavily favored and given benefit of the doubt.
- If you are looking for a job in sales at this company, but aren't familiar with lighting fixtures, you will not get the job as the company is looking for someone who is not only familiar with lighting fixtures, but have a pool contact resources.
- The company will never advance in terms of technology due to its continuance of using antiquated methods and software (i.e. doing inventory while using spreadsheets and vlookup formula's rather than paying for software to regulate inventory).

- Would help to put images and broader descriptions of the products that your selling on your official homepage rather then just the price.
- Need to have better ways of training someone rather than showing them once on the screen and having them follow it without taking notes.
