High turn over, no value for senior employees
|
It was fun at first. Definitely turned into a game of politics, original management was good but shortly afte his exit things fell apart . Power struggle with othe levels of management, and the same management was lazy to the point of being unprofessional. Most employees abused time off and the ones who actually stayed and worked all day like normal people got the short end of the stick

Terrible management
|
Management is ad hoc with little vision. They have a couple of key clients that pay the bills, after that they try different things that work or dont work. Their systems are broken in terms of getting the right people on the the right projects. The management is grossly incompetent's when it comes to actual basic management concepts. Basically, a few technical guys run things ad hoc. So it is the typical cycle of Sales getting awards for over promising and under delivering. After the sales guy is gone, delivery of what was promised which is impossible, because management does not have the right mix of resources to deliver. There is no consistency and no process to support, unless you are one of the key clients. Bonus structure is a joke and a scam. Basically sales gets a bonus when is sold, after that it all lie after lie. There can not be bonus if sales estimates it to low, cause once again they don't have the right resources, which causes delays and un happy delivery. But sales has moved on to the next sucker.

Forced to work alone and in 4 Yrs Never offered Job Advancement and only Received 1 Job/Performance Review.

I Worked 60-75 hrs a week Representing Rahi Systems/Thresher Comm in Field Servicing AV Systems. Received Several Client Appreciation E-Mails Monthly. Total Time there was 13 Years and Last 4 as Rahi was Completely Ignored Career wise and Drastically Underpaid for Equivalent Position. Finally Quit Due to constant Management Changes and Incorrect positions being Elevated Above mine. In 1 year I went from Top Position to Lowest in a Department of 7 Poeple.

Only the higher ups thrive

The only people I see advance are friends of friends. Hard work is rarely recognized or rewarded. The Fremont office team is well taken care of while the field crew is forgotten and told to do better. I’d like to see an office member get out in the field and do better.
