Starting with leadership who has no good vision or strategy. Founder, CEO and other leadership has no good principals or work ethics and regularly swears in the meetings. Very adhoc decision making. Most senior leadership are either family relatives or friends, so you have to be careful about what you talk. They wont take ideas, but will want you to deliver. It is a revolving door, the ones who can make a difference are laid off in bunches. They regularly run out of money and makes false promises about health and growth of the company. High turnover rate due to management dangling carrots in front of agents' faces without following through on promises. Team leads form cliques and barely execute job functions properly. Policies change in the blink of an eye and the transition is never seamless.
