Poor project management leading to wasted time communicating issues that could have been avoided with better project planning. 'Stakeholders' get involved in assigning tasks to developers and 'Product owner' do not gather or organize information efficiently. Backlogs are not properly groomed leaving developers to waste time chasing down information when they should be working on billable time.

Leaving the responsibility for developers to track their billable hours is a really frustrating requirement. This seems like it should be the responsibility of an account manager. Also, gauging a minimum amount of billable hours per week is a bit unusual, since some weeks vary with bug fixes vs production work. There's gotta be another way we can manage this.

It's a facade and not worth your time.

- New office... I guess?
- Better than having no job

Let's start off by saying that the reviews you see here were forced upon employees and some were even written by management. I guess when a company is desperate to overhaul their bad reputation, they'll do anything.
- Consistently underpaid and undervalued staff, well below market standards for the area
- Christmas parties and catered food don't pay the bills
- Employees wear way too many "hats" and don't get paid accordingly
- Yearly bonuses and raises are a joke; its an exception and not the rule
- Horrible ethics and tactics, its all about how much money they can make from projects
- Pushing out rushed, unfinished, and outsourced work to clients at agency rates
- Years behind industry standards
- Inability or stubbornness to listen to employee advice unless clients complain about something, then its all fire and brimstone
- Project timelines extend for months on end instead of weeks
- Obviously their BBB rating trumps customer and employee experiences right?
- Hires lots of "interns" who basically get paid nothing to do the tasks no one else wants to do
- Owner is egotistical
Do yourself a favor and work at any of the more respectable agencies in the area. If you're looking to work with them, look elsewhere.
Also fyi, responding to negative reviews by asking your employees to make positive ones (or adding your own positive reviews) is pretty telling.

Co-workers are industry veterans, clients are diverse and interesting, company keeps growing, offers full benefits (health, dental, vision, disability, etc.), matching 401k, paid time off, flexible about emergencies and other employee needs, comfortable settings (nice/new offices, free coffee/tea/soda, nice break area), they try to be good about celebrating holidays & birthdays, and even going-away celebrations for employees that give notice. They work hard to retain staff, and give annual raises, bonuses when possible, etc.

Fast paced environment. Always more to be done. Agency style - a lot of customers to manage at once, sometimes with requests piling in at the same time. Diverse services - it takes time to get to know all of the departments and services. Growing business - staff can be asked to wear multiple hats to pitch in where needed.
