Good to gain useful experience and cool vibe

It is a very international and young company where dogs run around and where every Friday is wine- Friday and where colleagues become friends. It is a good place to get a lot of experience and develop yourself and a nice place to meet people from different countries.
|
The growing and promotional possibilities are almost non-existent which is not very motivating, especially when your goal is to grow into a company. The salary is not good and is quite below average.

RC is very thoughtful of their employees' well-beings, starting with: providing fresh fruits every week, subsidised our lunch with catering from Mon-Thu (up to 7 Euros, so we pay the rest which only costs around 2 Euros!), High quality coffee, selections of tea, milk and water.
RC have a very international environment, and the people in it are very welcoming and friendly! They also held some fun events too! (yes, Karneval and Halloween!)

The position that I was in has a very slow task flow and updates, therefore personally I did not have much going on.
