-All the non-management employees are amiable, everyone sticks together and try to improve one another. -Pretty good health insurance offering -Overall good experience in company outings -COO and CEO very smart, too bad they are in New York, wish we had competent management here in Quincy, MA. -Learn a lot about financial statements and accounting rules. -I loved the HR department people. Alas, they are in the New York office.

-Job is just data entry. -When you are in the office, it feels like you are a 5-year-old child, with your parents gone to work, and you are getting babysat. Imagine being babysat at 22-30 years old. -Management doesn't seem to allow employees room for growth in other aspects of their professional career, only caring about "productivity" in your current assigned tasks. This is often discouraging. -Low pay, but high expectations in terms of willpower, morale, and perseverance. Unwilling to match expectations when it is not in their favor. Delayed compensation match. -No HR presence, sometimes you feel like you are almost getting bullied? -Overall low morale in the office, you are watched from every direction. -Too much focus on the "numbers." Fingers are attached to human bodies, and I would suggest the management to focus on caring about the human body first, then the fingers will do the work later.

At the end of the day, the job is easy. I understand why not much value is given to the team. However, as they say, the bottom of the pyramid feeds the upper layers. At the bottom of the company pyramid, I feel like some care and nurture should have been put towards the data analysis (Financial Statement Analyst, and Network Outreach) department. I wish the managers would have also taken the time to learn the nuance of personalities within the team and to better motivate everyone towards a common goal. Keep up the excellent work in terms of Human Resources, and maybe hire an HR person in the Quincy office.
