What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing but lies from leaders and making false promises about the Coldwell Banker relationship
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything once you learn, learn the company culture do not go to work for anyone in the panhandle of Florida
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and negative this is the worst environment that any loan officer could ever want. Leadership is nothing but liars and mislead they do not state the truth about anything in Recruiting .
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
it is a living nightmare, constant phone calls from management wanting to know what you’re doing

Offensively low pay and highly unorganized

This is a failing organization. The CEO buys new companies every other week while laying employees off and denying raises to already poorly paid employees. I'm making well under $20k less than the competitive market value salary of my position. They refused to give anyone on the accounting team raises to even cover for inflation after I got a high score on my annual review and took on additional work. So now I am making less money for doing more work. All while they are handing out million dollar hiring bonuses to sales VPs...not an exaggeration! It is so unorganized as a whole, the executives do not care at all about their employees' interests, and the non-sales people are treated like dirt. My managers describe the CEO as a "dictator". Only benefits of working for this company have been the WFH flexibility and the good people on my team.

They have good systems and programs in place.

Being competitive with lenders that don’t have all the overhead costs.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
GR goes in heavy on conference calls and diversity, inclusion and equity. So much so that it takes time away from improving business results and honing skills to set yourself apart from competitors.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A lot of cold calls and conference calls.

Ok company to work for at best.
|
Company had constant changes with directy leadership within the loan processing department. Pay cut in November 2022 with mandatory furlough one day per week for 4 months then another one after leadership expressed there wouldn't be any additional pay cuts as they were keeping "the best of the best" in their opinion, which seemed like more of a corporate headquarters "cult" mentality....pay was then cut over 15% from hired salary once the furlough ended.

LOS was solid with constant tech updates to systems.

Benefits were lousy, sales leadership in my region was unprofessional.

Department managers are supportive, but upper management is removed and out of touch with employees. Many layoffs so be prepared. They hire when busy and then have massive layoffs when market turns.
