Gained real work experience and worked with some of the best developers i know. Got hands on experience on how to deal with customers and fulfill responsibilities.

Some of the major downfalls were that the application that was being developed it was not concrete and had flaws in it during the launch of it and everybody were aware about that but they thought to fix it later.

A very open but stagnant workplace

Very open, you can speak to the directors without bypassing workplace hierarchy.
Flexible working hours.
Freedom to take responsibilities and make changes in the workplace.

Feeling of stagnation.
No appreciation or incentive to work.
Every employee has responsibilities worth 2+ employees. Everyone likes to exaggerate about over-working but I regret to say I handle responsibilities of more than 3 employees. This ranges from working for multiple departments and multiple skill levels to handling responsibilities of present (non-productive) employees.
No raises, no bonuses. Last raise 2008.

You have a good, free workplace and a lot of talented people. Please learn to appreciate them and not exploit them. A happy workforce makes a happy company. You might be spending some more on payroll but I'm sure you'll see gains in your stagnant business.
