They are dedicated to their work which provides a lot of opportunities for growth in learning new technologies and skills from others on the team. The company and CEO is dedicated to the fun aspect of work which includes a number of award programs for achievement. In addition there is a company cabin that can be reserved which is an awesome benefit to be able to use and share with family and friends. The cons are more specific to any consulting firm, and that is you can sometimes feel disconnected from the office when you are out at a client for extended periods. Lessons learned on what to look out for in a "consulting" company Where to start? I made a mistake and should have done more research before taking the Job at RBA. "Leadership" team is only focused on billing as many hours as clients will allow.
