No individual can take decision with out his approval 5) MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY FAILS IN REALISING ABOVE POINT SINCE THEY ARE SURROUNDED BY THAT KIND OF PEOPLE 6) Main flaw is YOU WILL HAVE TO FACE MICRO OR NANO LEVEL MANAGEMENT which will take peace from your mind and soul 7) Unnecessary concalls and meetings from dusk to dawn with zero progression. This concalls and meetings with all those yelling from CEO will kill your enthusiasm 8) Ignorant and Rash behaviour of CEO towards sales people . Being a CEO , he yells and scolds at his employees(irrespective of their age) in concalls and meetings infront of every one 9)Management will be in touch with the people with whom they have work at that point 10) They DONT have human concern towards employees at all.
