I've heard multiple people say it, and I agree -- this is the company we all dreamed about when we were with previous employers. The people are the absolute best, and the company does an incredible job creating an inclusive and connected culture, despite having such a dispersed team. We laugh a LOT on our team calls. Our platform is changing an industry, and it's so exciting to be a part of that. It's also still small enough that there are opportunities to get experience and professional growth. The benefit package may not be as robust in some areas, but it covers the essentials, and leadership has been intentional about improving benefits as the company matures. The WFH and vacation benefits are top notch -- they genuinely want you to feel productive and energized, and when they sense that you need time off, they help hold you accountable to doing so. I can't imagine a better place to work!

Amazing culture and benefits!

Realync really does "keep it real". I am a full-time remote employee, and I have never been more immersed in a companies culture. The CEO always says, "if it's no longer fun, it's no longer worth it", and he means it! Even though I have not met most of my team in person, I feel like I have known everyone for years! This is due to the welcoming, and fun atmosphere that Realync creates for its employees. Leadership strives to be transparent, which has created such a healthy work environment. Realync offers amazing benefits! One benefit being unlimited PTO, and they encourage you to take it! This is the first time in my career where I truly love everything about my job. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have joined the team!

At Realync, you'll work hard. We are a group of dedicated professionals working tirelessly for our clients, but we also know how to have fun. Here's an example: instead of a boring meeting or a wordy email, Realync recently hosted a team happy hour for everyone to vote on new items we're implementing with our product. What a fun way to get together and enjoy your co-workers while making important decisions and making associates feel like their opinions are valued! Management/leadership is 100% approachable and, being a smaller company currently, are willing to hear your voice even at an entry level position. The culture is unreal. Literally have to pinch myself because their actions truly match their words! I struggle personally with managing work/life balance because I get so much purpose from work. Realync has taught me that it is okay to do that, but that I can do it while respecting my personal time as well. I had to take a bit of a pay cut to join the team, but am definitely making similar pay for less hours of work. The benefits both tangible and intangible make it worth it. They literally encourage you to take time off - they offer unlimited PTO (but there is a minimum! who even has that?! Realync!). The hardest part of the job is less about the company and more about myself. I have natural way of thinking that I have to operate outside of which has been challenging, but is helping me to grow! The most enjoyable part of the job is definitely the people. The other associates, but also the clients. We have fun with them and I like to think we make their days a bit better which is always rewarding! Realync also does a weekly all-company meeting that makes you feel really involved in all aspects of the company as a whole. Anyone would be lucky to work here at Realync!

Still a small start up, so there are some growing pains! Wish the pay was higher (don't we all...?!), but hopefully room for growth in the future!
