Great company in a cool location

I have worked with the team for almost 3 yrs and it has been an amazing experience. The environment is wonderful- the team is supportive and open promoting a creative environment to pitch new ideas. The job itself is always new and challenging. In addition, the autonomy to really run your desk how you like and decide the approach you want to take working with clients is refreshing. Not only is the professional environment encouraging but the emphasis put on personal goals outside the office and the person you want to be is refreshing.

I've had to pleasure of working at Redfish Technology for a number of years. During that time, I've been promoted and supported by management. Our CEO is an activator and encourages us to the be best version of ourselves both professionally and personally. We are continuously learning and working together to achieve goals. Work/life balance is priority which goes a long way with our day to day responsibilities. On a weekly basis, we listen to motivational speakers, participate in Yoga, have Yoga class and meditate. I feel honored to work here and hope I'm here for many more years.

The management is fantastic as they are equally your boss and friend. We do alot of charity work and have great company retreats. Redfish alows me to live in a fabulous place while pursuing a career.

Redfish is great. Your voice is heard, you have the ability to make an enormous impact very quickly, you get to run your own desk, you have a CEO who supports you and your ideas.

Small office environment, although Sun Valley is amazing it's tough to recruit talent to Idaho.
