Do not go work there it is true waste of your time and talent

None, really I cannot tell what was a good side of working there.
|
- Treat employees like a things that can be add or removed as necessary;
- Extremely extended overtime hours without any comp time;
- Studio is run by people who think that know the market inside out, yet fail to make any meaningful title and making bone bad decision after another;
- Company seems rather as atm for highest management the an actual development of decent gaming company;
- The solution for all the problems that company coped was to close one studio and buy another;

Terrible owners and management - Gaming Corps
|

The other devs were nice. Working under terrible conditions pretty much forces people that are in the same boat together.
Flex hours.
|
Hard time getting vacations. Low salaries. No compensation for overtime. Overtime was asked of you the very same day as it was required (or just an hour before you quit).

The worst treatment I've ever been faced with from an employer - Gaming Corps
|

* Wonderful team with a lot of spirit, creativity and discipline
|
* A constant distrust of the employees
* The company hired people only to months later fire everyone
* Very shady business practices
* Very poor treatment of employees after termination where the employees were not freed from their duties despite constantly promised to. Forced to sit off time at the office despite nothing to do.
* The CEO, Jean-Marc Broyer was terrible towards the team, solving things through bullying, raising his voice in anger, and having a very short fuse. Very poor people skills and very poor understanding of the video game genre he wanted us to make.
* Had no desire of a good send-off or farewell with the team before closing the studio
* Fired everyone and bought Red Fly instead.

Good hardware
Great team when i worked there (mostly)
management knows a lot of people
good at getting investors

- management did not make up it.s mind and wasted dev time and investors money
- company has filled for bankruptcy in the past and has been rebranded
- several industry people in Sweden do not like the company
- low pay
-( location is not close to Stockholm or other major cities)
