Good money and great immediate supervisors.

Corporate does not take care of the store’s disrepair. Lots of maintenance issues and they just bandaid them instead of fixing them. They leave it on the managers to fix without the means to permanently fix.

A lot are in ghetto areas. Which tends to bring unwanted guests. Managers are under paid and under appreciated. Hasn’t been the same since Darden sold them. The new owners have these high expectations that are hard to meet.
