The company is not able to retain employees longer than a year, employees are being expolited and the CEOs take advantage of the fact that many employees are foreigners and are thus not completely familiar with German laws and their rights. There is a culture of blaming each other, above all blaming employees for mistakes done by the management team. I cannot recommend anybody to start working at this company if you want to feel valued and appreciated. The problem is also that there are not many professionals with a lot of experience, which results in a lack of role models and people you can learn from. There are huge inequalities within the team itself and management is resistant to change and many improvement ideas. Even though they claim so, employees are actually not encourgaed to learn something new. For most of the people working at the company there is no room for growth. Employees are being punished for speaking up. All of those things create a very poor work environment.
