Management were always on hand to offer advice in weekly 1:1 meetings and I never felt as if I couldn't ask for help when needed/bring up any problems. Friendly office vibe, small enough that everyone gets to know each other and really feel like a team. The office itself is just as you would imagine from a start up, fun and quirky, great place to work, and stay for drinks and table tennis on a Friday evening!! When we would like something to be changed, we can just ask them. I would say there is room to grow in the company, there was plenty of opportunity for development and learning whether that was from senior staff or a conference/course. Management were always helpful and on hand when needed. I really got the sense that management cared about us as people and not just numbers in a database there to clock in and out every day. Really cool office has a modern start-up vibe to it. Staff are encouraged to take time away from their desks and can work on the sofas, on a bean bag or wherever they feel most productive. The team is small which gives the office a really friendly and personal vibe. I immediately felt accepted by everyone and within a week or two I felt like I had been there for years. Management were always encouraging us to be the best versions of ourselves and to follow our creativity and passions. Cool office in the heart of Kreuzberg. Young, friendly and modern. Die Firma bietet keine guten Möglichkeiten zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Weiterbildungen bzw. der Besuch von Konferenzen wird lediglich im Technik Team gerne gesehen und befürwortet. Wie bei vielen Start-ups, liegen die Gehälter am unteren Ende und sind im Vergleich zu Konkurrenzunternehmen sehr gering. Es werden keine Sozialleistungen geboten und kann teilweise selbst dazu kommen, dass es vergessen wird die Gehälter zu zahlen. Leider herrscht innerhalb der Führungsebene keine Führungsqualität und es werden schlechte Beispiele gesetzt. Die Entscheidungen sind in keinster Weise transparent und Mitarbeiter werden nicht mit einbezogen. In Konfliktfällen wird leider nicht versucht die Situation zielführend zu lösen indem konstruktives Feedback erteilt wird, sondern Anschuldigungen verteilt. Selbst trotz mehrfacher Ansprache von Problemen werden diese oft ignoriert. Leider auch in dieser Hinsicht keine guten Aussichten. Es herrscht eine klare Benachteiligung. Die Kommunikation innerhalb des Unternehmens ist erschreckend schlecht. Informationen werden vorenthalten oder nur unvollständig weitergegeben. Auch Arbeitsanforderungen werden nur unzureichend kommuniziert. Die Räume sind hell, allerdings ist der Lärmpegel sehr hoch und auch die "Quiet rooms" sind nicht wirklich still, so dass jede Konversation mitgehört werden kann. Der Zusammenhalt der Kollegen ist einigermaßen gut, es wird teilweise Feedback gegeben und als Team gearbeitet. Es wird nicht einmal ansatzweise auf Umwelt und Klimaschutz geachtet. Leider wird der Einfluss auf die Gestaltung des eigenen Aufgabengebiets nur suggeriert, es handelt sich dabei eher um ein Lippenbekenntnis. Viele der Aufgaben könnten automatisiert werden und sind daher nicht gerade herausfordernd. Es herrschen große Ungerechtigkeiten zwischen den Teams. Leider wird kein konstruktives Feedback gegeben, sondern Anschuldigungen verteilt. Die Unwissenheit ausländischer Mitarbeiter bezüglich der deutschen Rechtslage wird regelmäßig ausgenutzt.
