Stressful workplace, unrealistic deadlines, no appreciation for good work, unhelpful management, low salaries

There are new learning opportunities for the first 6 months only if you are a fresher, nothing to learn for experienced developers. The Company product is outdated and Reflexis is working on outdated technologies with no signs of shifting to better technologies in near future. Work environment is depressing, work life balance is a dream and appreciation for good work is something I have not seen in my ***** years stint at reflexis.

Treat your employees like you actually care about them. Not like everyone is easily replaceable so it’s my way or the highway. When loyal associates express concerns take time to listen.
Incredibly toxic place to work. Leadership does not care about ppl. Just bottom line.
CEO is nuts. Curses a ton. Puts up inappropriate pictures during presentations. Completely uncomfortable for women to work here.
