Understand who you're hurting when you re-hire for a position you just laid off for. Before I was onboarded, there was a layoff and people in the position I was taking on were laid off. Fast forward a few months later, there's another layoff across the company and also for that same position. What was the point of hiring for this role if there was a chance for it to be cut in the first place? This makes you seem dreadfully incompetent for the needs within the company or there's a lack of foresight. Neither that great.

Untrustworthy and sketchy leadership (start from that teenager ceo). 3 rounds of Layoffs till now, more is said to come. Not listening to employees and taking their opinions into account. Poor communication (sometimes you think no one knows whats going on) Shiny facade, synthetic environment, low quality company culture. Empty promises.
