I worked the US night shift, but it was still day shift where I lived. Interesting clients called/texted. The company has their own platform to use. They paid for my Skype. The platform does have text you can use, you can also add/delete some of the text to fit your client. Most coworkers were fine. They had paid training. However - they only showed me how to use the platform, and not the mental reasons behind the thought process. It was basic training, because we learn the trick "process" used with clients.

Very low pay, and I have a degree in Psychology. Even with my experience, after a month of my time I gave to this company, they deleted me from their system and was blocked from everything, only gave me an email telling me I was not good enough to be their coach. They had no interest in working with me, they had no interest in giving me time to build a client base, of course, you can imaging some of the clients who called me from the US, in the middle of the night, with an "emergency", and this company expected me to just get regulars out of this client base, and I live in Europe, so of course most Europeans just go to a real psychologist because our health care pays for it. This company was also odd because they put a lot of focuses on getting back exes. I am not sure if this is a money grab for them or if this is just the only thing they can think of for ads. Also, no benefits, like sick pay or vacation pay. Expected me to work weekends when I already work their night shift.

Flexible. I’m a little offended by the other most recent review bc I know my coaching is creative and my responses are not pre written. We have the ability to coach creatively within structure. The training they provided was amazing and we have access to other coaches to speak with. Our slack channels involve conversation about emotions and relationship. Our ceo is mindful of his own communication and emotion within the reality of what’s needed for the business. To work for a company where there are conversations regularly about emotional intelligence and communication structure is special imo. We accumulate pto for coaching hours. You do have to enjoy helping people process and it does take time to learn how to coach. training and inner work is ongoing.

Not as stable as I’d like but still special to be a part of as I figure out my career path and learn more about business.

-Liron, our CEO is very open to feedback. Easy to connect with him on slack, he listens and responds without passive aggression or shutting down suggestions even when saying no to a request. Feedback from multiple employees has been taken under consideration and implemented in the past. -It really helps to have clients directed to us as coaches instead of doing the marketing ourselves. -There's been a lot of major changes over the past couple of years since I've been here and some of them have really improved standards here.

-As Master Coach (which used to be the highest level of coach until recently when they did away with titles) 40 percent of every client session goes to Relationship Hero which is an exorbitant amount for the company to take -Benefits that we had in the past that were very helpful to us as coaches like getting paid for training are no longer a thing -Relationship Hero's marketing is atrocious, especially with the cuts they take from our pay there should be decent marketing at the very least.

Work on your marketing. So many of our coaches specialize in so much beyond getting back with an ex, we do inner work with clients and work on attachment styles and so much more. There are so many people looking for those things that we just aren't tapping into the market for even though we have coaches that are very skilled at those sort of things.

You are locked out of their system when they fire you

A few of my colleagues were helpful, picked my own hours

Since I was overseas, I worked the US night shift, so you can imagine some of the clients I talked to, after a while, they locked me out of the system, I couldn't talk to anyone anymore, and got an email to sign a release contract and no longer can work for them, if I didn't, they wouldn't give me my paycheck. This is illegal where I live. I was starting to get regular clients and got a good peer review. But, nope, they just fire you. Maybe it was because I told them I had a second job on the weekends, and since I already work their night shift, I wasn't going to quit my weekend job for them. There are also no benefits, no vacation or sick pay, which is common for a silly US start-up.

Maybe treat your employees better. Why should anyone work for a company that locks you out of the system when they're fired, you should encourage them to grow and become better. That's what they do here where I live. You US people have a lot to learn.
