Great company overall, lots of room for improvement but they know it

Encouraging and available leadership team. People who are passionate about improving upon and growing the business.
Some of the brightest people I've ever met work here, every day I learn something new.
If you're someone who likes to make something you're own, you're given the space to test, fail, try again, pivot, take risks, etc... There are lots of challenges and things that could be better, but everyone I work with knows of these things, speaks of them, and works to change them.
A funny, casual, and rowdy bunch!

PTO and benefits are different between Europe and America, which is frustrating for the American team as we're doing the same exact job but get less time off.
Departments still sit in very separate silos.
Lots of things are still unstructured so process can still be a bit painful while we wait for structure to be built.
Change can happen almost too quickly, sometimes I want to see things tried for longer periods before deemed failures.
Leadership thinks we're a diverse team but it's really a European kind of diversity-- just different kinds of white people.

I cannot find any cons in company conditions. Some employees can make your job hard or difficult, but these are matters of their personal time management and personality features. But you do not have to like everybody, so that is a small fault.
