Reliant has a fantastic all inclusive culture. That is the best part about working here. Many job perks like raffles for tickets to Texans games, company sponsored training, paid community volunteer opportunities, in some cases they also reimburse you for school if its in a relevant field. HR is fantastic, they really care and try to listen and help you as much as possible.

There is room for growth, but since it is a huge corporation, everything happens at a snails pace. Also expect to be low balled for your raise unless you have a 4 year college degree. If you only have a highschool diploma, expect to be a call center agent for a LONG time.HR is great, they really try and listen and help you as much as possible, but management (most of the ones in the smaller umbrella divisions outside of the main headquarters on Fannin) ask a lot of you, and do not want to compensate you for it. Granted, they have a lot of pressure from other Directors to keep production high and cost down. Being that its Reliant, the pressure is very high and you might not get fired, but you will most certainly be stressed if you cannot meet the expectations they have for you.

Spend more time trying to understand your newly aquired businesses/projects before you start implementing drastic changes. Just because another aquired business does something a certain way doesnt mean it will work for your newly aquired one.
