Your commissions will be paid every 2 weeks. Job security and advancement They barely train, they tell you to do one thing and still tell you its wrong. Management Store management sucks. They have their favorites. They pick on certain people. Overall they are very misleading and BARELY train. They force you to make sales so they can keep them. They train you for literally 2 hours and expect you to know it when they throw you out to the lease line. They are constantly on top of you to sell sell sell even in times of covid they are enforcing us to sell add ons. If you do not sell your are then spoken to about it. Stress is everyday as they want you to use positive language to tell customers you basically can’t help them.
