I would still be working there if I didn’t have to relocate to a different city for personal reasons. They have a great mission statement and work hard to stick with it. The staff consists of caring and hard working individuals. Compensation and time off is fair and equitable. Larger organization can make it more difficult to form strong working relationships with others and a sense of hierarchy was present between the administration, the managers, and the staff. Input from individuals was not always taken into consideration.
