No push to do overtime, nice facilities, good place to get your feet wet at triple-A development, nice free benefits.

Pushing for excellence isn't encouraged, but it's also not very well rewarded. Leader credibility isn't quite on par in all of the teams. Career opportunities for different career path can be pushed after certain type of experiences with the employee.

The company is isolated far from a city and is a very quiet development environment. Coke and snacks are free. The cafeteria is good at cooking and offers employees discounts. Working hours are seven and a half hours a day, and only a few people work a lot, most work intensity is low. The level of welfare is so high that employees can take a whole rest at home without going to work even for a slight cold.

There are a lot of communication problems among so many leaders, producers and supervisors doing multiple projects at the same time. There are so many instructions that the project keeps changing direction. On the other hand, no one is responsible, making no progress and very slow.
There are a lot of unnecessary meetings, and most of the meetings conclude that it is impossible due to lack of time.
Due to the structural problems, it is impossible to make AAA game like any other company, and only quality and scale games similar to those made by Remedy.
Upgrade of the engine is also an urgent matter.

+ Own office building - big enough to have good working space, small enough to be able to reach everyone in person
+ Great work-life balance
+ Company listens to your concerns. They have been improving things incrementally.
+ Multiple projects that are different.
+ Stable financial situation -- good work safety.
+ People are fun to be around and international bunch. English is the official working language and you never really feel left out.

- Internal communication could always be better. But this has been improving steadily as years have moved on.
- Salary could be better, but the trade off was worth it for me in terms of less hours and better mental health.
