Honestly this was the worst company I have ever worked for in my 20 years of employment. Prior CEO was the worst leader I have ever had the unfortunate experience of working for. Nothing is working at this Company or this Industry. Absolutely ineffective business model, driven by terrible mismanagement.

A unique product that allows many homeowners to finance home improvement projects based on their equity vs. their credit score, which includes renewable energy, energy efficiency, water conservation, and safety and resiliency.
A good tool for contractors to sell more projects.

The company was unable to successfully implement the new regulatory requirements that went into effect in 2018.
The company went through massive layoffs for the next two years, shrinking from 400+ to less than 50 (from what I heard).

Everyone in the office is nice and helpful for the most part. They cater a lot and do in office events. Work life balance is good.

Night shifts take most of your week away. Major layoffs have happened annually the last 3 years. There isn't any job security.

Absolutely zero direction, terrible Leadership starting at the top. Complete ineptitude of how to effectively run a successful Company. Constant hiring and firing for multiple years because of the above. New CEO is a terrible Leader and completely under qualified to do his job.
