The majority of your coworkers are all going to be friendly. It's a family owned business and you can tell by how easygoing most of the people are. The owner is a wonderful person who truly cares about your welfare. | The family owned aspect is a double edged sword, because you have family members in key positions who are completely incompetent at what they do. More often than not these people create problems rather than solutions which in my estimation will eventually sink the business. Salaries are low and not on par with market norms, no review process of any sort so you will never know what you need to do to improve or what you are doing well.
