Normal startup concerns, Pay for the role is less than comparable roles in NYC. Sometimes had to be available outside of business hours to handle time-sensitive items. Certain clerical tasks are handled on an ad-hoc basis since there is no HR team.

It was great remote work while it lasted.

They hid a lot from the employees. Company shut down operations and laid everyone off within 24hrs of notice. Company has not paid severances out to employees and owes employees commission payments and salaries. No sign that payments will happen any time soon.

-Very good idea to streamline the leasing process.
|
-They will do things to keep the tenant's deposit when they know full well it's refundable.
-The tech they use to sign leases would glitch constantly during lease signings.
- Certain People will try to snake their own team to get a commission. Very sad and unnecessary.
-They will have you unwillingly lie to prospects about making repairs so they can get a signed lease even though they have already decided internally to not make the requested repairs.
-They will agree to pay you and then changed the agreed upon amount at the last second.
-Made Section 8 tenants believe they had a chance of getting an apartment when they really didn't.
-Depending on your morals and ethics you'll be uncomfortable marketing this service to potential clients.
