Management doesn't always own up to poor decisions. People have been pushed out without reason. Certain senior management hires are reliant on past relationships and the nepotism is glaring. Editorial standards are questionable, especially when it comes to publishing corrections. Senior leadership wants to bring people back to the office but the offices are not yet ready, creating problems weekly.
