Has been great experience for me. I am not any lead but yes people or leads here don’t entertain timepass, the culture is simple .. work well.. earn well and party well.
Company has been supportive to me in terms of every professional aspect and casual aspects as much possible
I have learnt how to manage with people, how to react to things, the intensity of seriousness in terms of daily issues and much more from my former and current leads.
One of the best part of this company related to tech roles is timing, timings are very flexible, which really help to balance with personal and professional life.
Overall it has been wonderful for me till now and expecting same for coming days.
