Some departments are good, but CS was the opposite, especially the one individual I‘m happy to hear is not with the company anymore. Nothing positive to say. The salaries were below average and an annual salary increase didn’t exist. The culture is toxic positivity and the attitude is - take it or leave it. There is no room for horizontal career development. The company wants to build a good culture. You can learn some standardized practices for the role that you are in if you are new to it. Wanting to have a good culture and having a good culture are two different things. Not a strong path for growth as individuals. Product is decent but simple. Pretty much the whole sales team was struggling. It wasnt like everyone else was killing it and we werent. Heard they even let a couple others go after.
