As an employee you will be greatly undervalued. The atmosphere can be great at times but don't be fooled by the bright lights because its all smoke and mirrors. There is no job security and very poor management. If they could bring in good management this company can really turn around and be truly innovative. If you work at Brand use it for a lay over until you get what you really want and be sure to continue to take interviews. Management constantly changed strategies to pretend they weren't doing shady business, but all of their "black hat" tactics eventually caught up to them once Google penalized their sites from the search engines. These guys also created "phantom shares" for all of its employees as a way to motivate us; however, I strongly suspect they knew we would never be able to cash them in since they weren't real stock. Management also played favorites and tolerated workplace bullying. The air eventually got very stiff amongst everyone. You also knew when a new round of layoffs were going to happen when they forced everyone to sign a new arbitration clause under the threat of automatic termination if you chose otherwise.
