Good range of different size clients. The internship program is very unorganized. They hire lots of intern, however they have very little work for interns to do, which just leaves you waiting/when work does appear once every three weeks, you have to fight for it. Furthermore, they seem more interested in handing you busy work(filing in data sheets, transcribing hours upon hours of videos, getting lunch, etc.) than actually resume building projects. Not bad for someone's first internship, but this was my fourth/senior year internship, so I was quite disappointed. I've worked for companies smaller and larger than this and never was given stereotypical intern tasks like I got at REQ. Additionally, this might have been due to the remote structure(used during the school year), but I just felt disconnected/forgotten by senior employee(expect for when they had busy work to hand off). They weren't really focused on helping us grow. To be honest/transparent, I was the only intern to not have my internship extended after the first three month period, which I felt really bad/weird about as I was the most experienced of the bunch that semester and had been told in my reviews that my work was good and I was very dependable. However, in hindsight, I'm glad I wasn't kept on. I only worked there as an intern, and left before given an opportunity for a position; however, I am sure they would have offered me a full time position if I had stayed. The team was amazing to work with - they were so helpful and welcoming. It was very organized, yet they were flexible and accommodating.
