I have learned a lot from the people around me. Pretty low stress environment. They provide a lot for employees in the form of a stocked kitchen and a putting green and basketball court on site. | Nepotism is a huge problem. Basically all of the family members are entitled to do whatever they want regardless of education or experience. Very little room for growth of you aren't one of them.
