I don’t have much to say other than I wish I had read the reviews.
|
I never felt comfortable and I felt out on my own. Training did not help me much at all and the file training was vague. Management is condescending and acts like you should know things immediately. I was always chasing the files every month never knowing if I was doing great or bad or just ok. They want you to sink or swim with very little support. I was not happy getting a bonus in January and being told on my manager that they were happy that I was there and then I was let go.

The leadership team honestly cares about staff and staff's opinion. It is common for the owner/CEO to call newer hires and ask their opinion and first impressions - they care about staff from day one. The top management in Ops and HR has a vested interest in the growth and development of the company and staff. Promotions are often from within and there is plenty of room to move up if you're focused and do good work. Working from home full time makes for a healthier and better work/life balance. The benefits are great and there are no PTO blackout windows.

Not organized at all. A lot of the upper management is condescending. Not really a career, more of just a data entry job - good job if you are fresh out of college for a nice resume booster. Super high turnover - “training” if you can call it that is awful and not helpful. The training meetings usually involve the different managers arguing over different procedures so most of the time you end up leaving the training more confused than you were before you joined the meeting. It is basically sink or swim, and most people only swim until they find something better.

GET ORGANIZED. have ACTUAL SET PROCEDURES. stop over delivering to clients and then making your employees suffer because you sold an unrealistic dream. People in management need to attend a leadership class and if they already are they need to find a better one because most of them are not approachable, rude, and don’t reply back to inquiries from their own team members.
