Be less hierarchal. Assess reasons for turnover. I was secretly tracking my work when I left; 95% of assignments were completed on time, yet it arose as an issue, which left me feeling taken for granted. I didn't show the CEO, because I'd heard it wouldn't bode well for my boss, but I probably should've in hindsight.
