Heads of the group control 80% of the business. Managers will not help you unless you bring them in on your deals. Look out when while making your daily cold calls you may come across "their clients" its niche market so almost impossible not run into owners that have been spoken to already. They will claim any clients they done business with in the past are off-limits. However, its a 1099 position and no one is off-limits if the owner is willing to give you a PA then thats on them.

If you work on the retail side then beware of making out reach calls. Chances are your boss will call you out and make sure you never step foot in that meeting. Worse than M&M. No one gets offered more than 60% commission unless your one of the directors
