Lots of staff with long tenures with the business - Good culture. Not corporate, has a bit of a start-up vibe and feels agile - The leadership team are sensible pros with strong industry experience - Diversity of business models and client base means the group is resilient - Surprising lack of churn for a recruitment business - although collaboration tech has improved, some people clearly feel like they operate in a silo.
