1. No flexi timings - your login time is set. Your logout time depends on the CEO's mood
2. Work policies keep fluctuating - again, it is dependent on his mood.
3. No independence - though it is a startup, every decision is taken by the CEO.
4. Doesn't keep his word - he promises something when hiring you, but doesn't keep up to it. Whatever is promised, better get it in writing
