Each day started with patients arriving and checking in. I made sure paperwork was filled out, registered correctly, insurance and referrals
obtained and entered. Put encounter form up. Answered multi line phone and scheduled appointments and sent tasks to the techs for review. Checked out each patient, scheduled follow up visits and collected money due including co-ins, deductibles and past balances. On a no doctor day insurance for each upcoming visit would be verified
