My Opinion about REVA

|
Four days-on/Four days-off schedule. Good place to start your career in the aviation or general administration field. Very unique experience that provides the feeling that this role helps to save people's life.
|
A lot of stress (Average 8 of 10). If you don't know how to manage your emotions during difficult situations, it could negatively affect your personal life. Short staff and low compensation taking into consideration the amount of work. Finally, it is very difficult to scalate withing the company (Very slow growth potential).

A promising support who promise to provide all help that you need. A promising role to will fulfill your economical needs.

Hiring is tedious as well as UNPAID training. Support should be sensitive when providing feedback - at times it sounds sarcastic. At times there are trainees who doesn't meet passing mark but to no consideration instead of giving it another shot you dispense them right away, did you even consider the attitude towards training? sadly no. There are requirements that needs to be submitted wherein you need to spend like courier fee - however when you fail training that will all go to waste. Yes maybe we have a takeaway knowledge however that will not be applicable on our next job - well the consequence is paying your current and internet - as well as effort attending training on a GY shift.

You might want to look into most of the concerns. Yes trainees create there numbers however attitude towards job should be considered. You also might want to consider the urgency of requirements , 5k just opening an ATM with your preferred bank is just not advisable during this hardtime.

The company has no core values! Management is extremely greedy and don’t care about their employees on any way. HR’s only worries to keep the CEO happy and not to find the solution to an existing problem. Human Resources hires personal friends to open positions and believe or not are pretty racist! The pay is the lowest in the aviation business on every single department. Flight crew (pilots and medical) are push to the limits with minimum rest because they need to make more money money money! The dispatch department is sad, we used to have some good dispatchers with experience in aviation a few years ago but the low pay and lack of recognition obligated them to look for better options. Now instead we have a bunch of newbies without aviation knowledge or license of any kind, but hey! They probably cheap!!! Benefits are terrible.
