Thanks . Hey, management is poor, so you can practically own that place if you wanted. The work is easy enough to train a few monkeys to do the job . You got about a handful of cool employees. Um.... everything? You get treated like nothing even when you are doing your job . The work you do doesn’t make you look good. You won’t even get a “great job today” if you paid for it. They don’t care about your opinion but that’s not gonna stop me from giving it anyway. 1. Don’t give people a job title when no one does anything but sit at their computer. Probably a total of 5 people do real work. 2. Get some diversity. This is the most pale Job ever. If your skin is a shade off, and you don’t have a degree, your worthless . 3. Make sure all your employees are compensated fairly. You had a group of employees who truly busted their hump and deal real work, but were hourly employees. Then everyone in the office is on salary and all they do is push paper, make calls and send emails . 4. Get some culture. Maybe and employee of the week? Month ? Year ? I mean sheesh. 5. Care about your employees a tad more . I worked their for a year and never met any one of the board members. Just because we work in a different department doesn’t mean we aren’t apart of the team. 6. Be real, don’t lie to your employees . No one has any heart, but they all feel like they have power . Just cuz you got a nice position at your job doesn’t give you power . From 9-5 , yes you got a little pull, but who are you after you get off ? Just as regular as everyone else . Long story short, don’t work here . Everyone wants to be your friend and boss at the same time . You will regret it .
