This training is intense as it is required when you transition to executive Sales. Love the business culture and miss the managers and co-workers. Golfing events once a year and others envoked happiness and success amount everyone involved. Great place to work.

I never in my life thought I would be in a position to have to almost fight someone on the last day of training or at work period. That goes to show you that they hire ANYONE. This girl use to come into training everyday drunk, but one day she started to disrespect the trainer and I decided to step in. Needless to say I would never recommend this company.

The training was the beginning of being set up for failure,
Training department was trying to train Salesforce and had no clue how to use it-Not even the basics,
It's not that hard,
When I tried to provide some guidance (as I have trained and used it myself),
might as well have been told to "F" off,
Misuse of this tool led the new hires to calling the same leads over and over.,
Cold leads too. .

The only good thing was meeting lots and lots of new people, Everyone in the same down on your luck boat

Low pay, bad management, dirty work environment, Oh and they revolving doors to get out are a nice touch.. felt like cattle to the slaughter

It's a starting point

I meet some amazing people there. The culture is that of a telephone sales industry. I was fortunate to work for 3 great managers who took the extra time to motivate and nurture you towards your goals. I can truly say that wasn't the case for many of the managers.
All in all it was a great start to learning and achieving metrics based work goals.
