Work/life balance. Sure, they offer unlimited time off, flexible schedules, dogs in the office, weekly happy hours, fun events, and tons of other perks, but the reason Revconten t is a Great Place to Work is because of the people. I've never worked at a place where the company cares so much about the people who work their, their families and their lives. They do everything in their power (and more) to make sure the team is treated like family and are empowered to pave their own career path.
It is fun as hell. Despite having to work extremely hard, we always had a good time doing it.
Ability to make an impact. Just because they have done things a certain way, doesn't mean they are stuck doing things that way moving forward. Every single employee has the ability to make a change in the company, the industry and in their career, and management actually encourages them to do so.
Great time to be a part of something special. There have been lots of changes in the past 2 years, all for the better. The company has a clear vision for where it is heading, and everyone is aligned on how to get there. Based on the improvements that have been implemented, I believe the next few years will be the brightest for Revcontent.

It is hard work. The people who do the best at Revcontent are people who are self-motivated and able to identify and solve problems without a whole lot of hand-holding. If you are not able to put in the work and learn quickly, you may feel lost.
Change in the industry. The native advertising industry is constantly evolving and is at a turning point currently. Revcontent and others in the industry and trying to pivot a bit to improve the reputation of the space and the value they bring to media and advertising. This means you have to be nimble yourself and be ready for your role and responsibilities to shift to align with changes.
Must wear a lot of hats. Others in the industry have taken on a ton of funding and add thousands of staff which allow their employees to be extremely specialized. revcontent is bootstrapped, so that means people have to wear a lot of different hats, and often take on responsibilities outside of their "job". That added responsibility provides awesome opportunities for advancement, but some people don't like change.
