RC is a really fun, laid-back place to work but the employees are highly motived and driven to succeed and make money! Couldn't ask for a better place to work. Jobs can be flexible in terms of growth, creating a new position, etc. If they like you and you're a hard worker, they'll find a way to keep you around and find something that makes you really happy.

This is a tight knit group that depends and bets on each others amazing talents. In the short time I have been there they have had to completely reinvent themselves because of the always changing atmosphere of this line of work.
The executive officers and managers of this company have done such a fantastic job individually picking the right people for right positions. There is never a sensation of mistrust or misunderstanding your mission and expectations as an employee. They understand a work/life balance and strive to make sure everyone sticks to it. There is very little pressure in these areas and I think that is one of many reasons why everyone has the level of dedication that they do. Unlike most other employers everyone here wants to be here and everyone wants to see their hard work pay off in the end.
Enough can't be said about how special and unique this company really is. There is not a single position in that building that isn't filled with one of the absolute best at their trade/skill. I have considered it a privilege to be a part of this family and I am excited to see where we go from here.

Steer Clear of this Company

This company will lie straight to your face and tell you everything is ok when they are hiding complete disaster behind the scenes. I worked here for over 3 years...They hire in bunches and fire in bunches (multiple times) with no rhyme or reason. Even those who have had tremendous success are let go with little warning; which gives others no sense of security. Word around the office is that they are unable to pay the partners we work with. I've already started looking elsewhere as it doesn't look like things will last much longer here.

Quality/Honorable Advertising, still left-leaning mainstream

I didn't have high expectations of an advertising company however they legitimately care to ensure against abuse in any direction to any direction. My manager was not sufficient for someone who is not a "typical" developer, if you work there and aren't walking in to a senior position you will need to make some friends. People there are mostly fairly friendly and were willing to help. Unfortunately it's still a mainstream oriented company so their politics are left-wing and they fired a really decent man over a few respectable words he had in private. If you can avoid the politics (not too difficult) then you should be able to focus on your job, projects, etc. Our regular meetings were just once a week on Monday mornings. You can work on the weekends. Only other down side was the laptops maxed out at 16GB (albeit everyone is running an SSD) so if you use their recommended IDE you'll max out RAM quickly though they will go out of their way to help with stuff such as ordering a item or two of custom equipment to help you feel more welcomed. I will miss most of the people there and wish them the best.
