Expectations are high, but not an unrealistic level. They encourage you to push yourself, but you are given the tools to do so. Strong management/leadership team, as everyone comes with a great deal of experience and advice. The CEO is involved in the daily business, and is transparent about his expectations. Everyone works hard, and in turn, makes you want to be a reliable team player too. Very interesting technology that pushes advances in the e-discovery field. They are continuing to grow and expand their business, which is a great sign. Very open and transparent culture with not a lot of politics. The expectations are high, so the pressure is there. Several employees regularly shout at each other and throw temper tantrums. The office itself is a joke and very poorly set up. "Work-hard-play-hard" was promised except that it rarely occurred. When it does, by the time you're done working hard you want to be no where near your coworkers. "We're not clock-punchers. We go home when the job is done" doesn't mean you go home early. It means after 9 hours in the office you just take your work home with you and finish there.
