Excellent culture that values all of their employees. Everyone is treated as a vital piece of the company and the management teams is always open to input and feedback. Many perks around benefits, time off, employee engagement, social events - etc. Quickly pivoted to remote work during COVID.

None really, company is relatively small so there could be some issue for some if they are not comfortable with that.

Culture - the culture here is second to none. We have a core set of values that we try to embody each day, and we review those core values often. Each month, we recognize team members that most embody those values (as voted on by the rest of the team).
Work / Life Balance - We definitely work hard here, but EVERYONE is working hard together. Management does recognize that they do not want employees to burn out - I've never gotten grief for taking a vacation day. We also just started half day Fridays, so each Friday we know that we will not have any meetings scheduled so we can start the weekend early (or know that we can get some uninterrupted work done). It's nice to know that work/life balance is so important here.
Camaraderie - our teams work exceptionally well together. We do a great job of sharing information between the teams and it makes delivering on customer projects so easy and far less stressful than I've encountered in the past.
Product - the product works, and it works well. We use it internally and it helps align the different members of the sales team, and allows us to collaborate across teams. It makes a huge difference for us internally, and we have world-class global customers that trust us to provide an exceptional sales planning and execution platform.

Antiquated Product, Revolving Door, Weak Management, Decaying Outlook

The individual contributors are excellent people. There are some really smart and talented people at the company, who stay only because they are comfortable. The work load/ culture is relaxed and non-demanding.
|
- Antiquated product in a niche market, honestly they are too far behind to fix the issues. Would take too much money, too much time, and too many resources.
- Leadership can't see the forest for the trees, are blind to major product/ operational issues.
- High turn over, good people seem to get fired out of the blue, and management handles it all very poorly.
- There are a few toxic ladder climbers that surround the CEO, he likes yes men.
- Poor management, CMO, CTO, and COO all quit in late 2018, big warning sign.
- Marketing completely turned over in 2019
- BDR completely turned over in 2019
- Sales turned over in 2019 minus two veterans
- Lower than market pay, don't expect to get your bonus (I only did once in years).
- Small company = limited room for growth/ development
For any review site, if the review looks overly optimistic it is probably written by HR. At least one or two reviews here are way too flowery.
I cannot recommend working for this company at all. Go on Linkedin and message a few current or former employees what their opinions are, I promise you the vast majority will tell you to run.

The people at Revegy are absolutely amazing! Everyone is friendly, collaborative, and really thoughtful about their work.
Company culture is amazing here - games in the office, an occasional drink after work, march madness, and trips to the battery / baseball games. We work hard but we certainly know how to play too.
Management is really approachable and has an open door policy.
Great flexibility and respect for everyone's time. It's really easy to have a nice work-life balance here.

There are very few cons unless you love repetitive tasks or micromanagement because you won't find either here.
