Not to mention, they make their tiny space very cute - a small corner in a design company's office. | If you're looking for an agency that will give you a work-life balance, this isn't the place. Expect yourself to be working from 4am - 6pm because if there is an event happening before the sun rises, you're expected to be working until the sun goes down regardless. Events can run until midnight and you're expected bright and early in the office at 8am. Not to mention, the MANY weekend events- that you receive no comp time for. The two owners DO NOT explain their company agendas NOR do they 'train' their employees. Be around the office more often...being face to face with your employees 1 hour a week doesn't cut it. Learn to read emails and approve projects on time so the client will be satisfied. Hire more people...verbatim from one of the Directors, "I can't handle my life.." it will show in your work...
