A typical day start at 9:00 am, your team may have a Scrum stand up to check tasks that are priority for the day and each team member gives an update about tasks he / she worked on the day before. Management is not one of the best thing there, they have poor vision of client priorities and necessities, that is why priority project / tasks change so sudden. Some teams are great to work on, others are not. The company directives are pretty good when it comes to employees personal situations, they are always trying to help. Salaries are not that competitive.
