Call center environment. Different campaigns/clients but all collections. Bonusing is very difficult as you might be transferring calls, re-billing insurance, asked for technical support (which was not even a capability) and not able to work on accounts assigned to you. Not the worst, but far from the best experience.

Been here a year. The pay is great and a healthy environment to be in. The bosses are very kind and understanding that life happens sometimes and understands there are emergencies. They offer fair breaks. Great opportunities to grow i. The company. Have great incentives and bonuses. There isn't part time available and your work regular business hours so if u have appointments you have to use your PTO. But overall definitely one of the best places ive ever worked.

A ghetto place

A real ghetto place to work. Lots of yelling from users yelling at each other right in front of you. Equipment was old and out of warranty, so no assistance there from manufacturer. Network room was pieced together like an old car. Mgt was staffed with people with no degrees, so they were unintelligent. Glad I am gone.

Company is great for starting to get into the hospital world but rather than that no advancement opportunity there. Management plays favorites. culture is nice regarding employee activities lunches etc. busy call center no down time and they hate if you're absent due to real life events like accident etc if you run out of pto then there goes your job.

You are hired as a medical collector, given a queue to work but spend your time billing insurance(for which you ARE NOT trained), getting coding information or corrections and transferring calls ( our number was used as a general number and dropped unnecessary calls to us) so you are never able to collect, therefore no bonus for your team or yourself. Pay is ok but definitely not commensurate with duties.
